The Role As a Growth Marketing Manager at Gaia, you will own and scale work streams across all things related to our paid marketing ecosystem across both D2C and B2B audiences. You will lead strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels and emerging platforms to drive awareness, and member acquisition. Collaborating extensively across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of omni‑channel paid marketing planning, media, communication
- Leading the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to drive Member acquisition
- Design and execute testing roadmaps including ad creative, audience segmentation, landing page variations, and bidding strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, maintaining dashboards and producing actionable insights that inform ongoing optimization and broader growth strategy
- Identify opportunities for partnerships across all channels
- Giving company wide visibility on attribution and unit economics, managing budgets and targets
- Supporting on content and referral tactics, actively nurturing a growth mindset across product and operations with any Partnership Marketing campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field
- 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale (agency or in‑house)
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance (CPA, CPL, ROI) across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Tableau/Lookr, GSuite and other reporting tools or data visualization platforms
- Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance reporting across large and complex campaigns
- Comfort working across D2C and B2B funnels, with familiarity in lead generation is a plus
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
