Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor to join the Sales Department based at Audenshaw depot. This job will involve supporting customers throughout their sales journey, responding to enquiries about stairlifts and homelifts, providing product information and demonstrations, and helping customers choose the best solution for their needs.

As the Customer Sales Advisor your salary will be Β£25,500 plus OTE Β£33,000. You will work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 18:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00. This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, building relationships and working towards targets in a supportive team environment.

To be successful as the Customer Sales Advisor, it is essential that you have previous experience in customer service, communication and sales experience. Experience in sales or handling customer enquiries via video chat and telephone communication is desirable.

Customer Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, webchat and live video communication
  • Supporting customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Providing online demonstrations of stairlift and homelift products
  • Recording customer interactions accurately on the company system
  • Building rapport with customers and identifying the best solution for their needs
Customer Sales Advisor Requirements:
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, empathetic and positive approach to customer service
  • Ability to work towards targets and achieve results
  • Willingness to learn technical product knowledge and complete training
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
