Join us at the very beginning.

The Elysium Collection is a new family of beautifully restored British hotels, spas and health clubs, created for people who believe time away should be anything but ordinary.

We're building something exciting.

Our first hotel is opening this year, with two more launching shortly afterwards, and we're looking for an ambitious Social Media & Content Creator to help bring the brand to life.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit tired social channels or spend your days chasing trends.

You'll be helping shape the voice, personality and visual identity of an entirely new hospitality brand as we introduce Elysium to the world.

Working alongside our Group Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content across the collection, capturing everything from behind-the-scenes moments and hotel openings to beautiful guest experiences, food, wellness and local stories.

If you're creative, organised, confident behind a camera and love telling stories through content, we'd love to hear from you.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Create engaging photo and video content across all Elysium properties.
  • Plan, film, edit and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms.
  • Deliver content in line with our established social media strategy and content plan.
  • Capture key moments including hotel launches, events, hard hat tours, behind-the-scenes activity and brand campaigns.
  • Work with hotel teams to identify stories and create engaging local content.
  • Create short-form video including Reels and Tik Toks.
  • Write engaging captions that reflect the Elysium tone of voice.
  • Manage the day-to-day publishing schedule across all social channels.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments where appropriate and help grow our online communities.
  • Produce monthly social media reports, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with photographers, videographers and influencers when required.
  • Ensure all content reflects the Elysium brand standards and visual identity.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities.
  • What we are looking for

You'll be someone who loves creating content and understands how to turn everyday moments into engaging stories.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience in a social media and content creation role.
  • Excellent photography and videography skills.
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut or similar software.
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linked In.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently whilst managing multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with lots of ideas and initiative.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Experience within hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Why join Elysium?

You'll be joining at one of the most exciting moments in our journey.

Over the next 12 months you'll help launch three hotels, build a brand from the ground up and create content that introduces thousands of guests to Elysium for the very first time.

It's an opportunity to make a genuine impact, work in some of Britain's most beautiful destinations and help shape a brand from day one.

If you love creating beautiful content and want to be part of building something special, we'd love to hear from you.
