With our first exciting openings in St Mawes, Windermere and Selsdon, and ambitious plans to grow our portfolio, we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our Group Marketing team.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially minded, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid advertising, websites and digital performance across the collection.
You'll be the person making our digital channels work harder — building Google Ads campaigns, managing Meta advertising, developing our websites, improving conversion rates and helping turn online interest into direct bookings and revenue.
You'll work across multiple hotels and hospitality concepts, each with its own personality, audience and commercial objectives.
And as the collection grows, so will the opportunity to shape our digital strategy, launch new websites and build campaigns for new destinations.
We're looking for someone who's as comfortable getting stuck into the platforms as they are developing the strategy behind them.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a confident, hands-on digital marketer with a strong understanding of paid advertising, website management and digital performance.
You'll have:
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing websites through CMS.
- A strong track record of successful running of of PPC, SEO, analytics and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and digital reporting tool skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in driving revenue.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and plenty of initiative.
Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure or luxury lifestyle brands would be a bonus, but we're equally interested in talented digital marketers from other commercially driven industries.
