Tennial Personnel is recruiting Production Operatives to join our sports equipment manufacturing client based in Clopton on a temporary to permanent basis following a successful 12-week probation period. This hands-on role involves golf mat production, machine assembly, basic maintenance, and general production support. The successful candidate will be reliable, practical, and willing to support across a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture and assemble golf mats in line with production specifications.
- Assist with machine assembly, setup, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to meeting daily production targets.
- Support general production duties, including material handling and stock movement.
