Job Summary
Tennial Personnel are seeking a Customer Service representative to work on a temporary to permanent basis (upon 12 weeks working) for our client located in Ipswich. This is a full‑time position. The successful applicant will ideally have the following skill Drawer dealing directly with customers by telephone or via e‑mail, processing invoices over the phone, good communication and listening skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task in a deadline‑driven atmosphere. The candidate should be a team player able to work alone, manage customer calls professionally, possess IT and numeracy skills, and have an outstanding ability to think creatively to resolve problems that may arise.
Work Hours & Salary
Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in 4. Salary is DOE in the region of £24‑26k pa. Immediate start for the right person.
