Tennial Personnel are seeking a Customer Service representative to work on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis (after 12 weeks working) for our client in Ipswich. This is a full‑time position, with shifts from 8 am to 5 pm Monday‑Friday and 1 Saturday every four weeks. Salary is DOE within the £24 000‑26 000 per annum range, with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Join a small, dynamic team to provide dedicated support for our client’s customers. Deal directly with customers by telephone and email, process invoices over the phone, and manage customer calls in a professional manner. Maintain effective communication and listening skills, use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment. Think creatively and resolve problems that arise.
