Remote Fix It – Foster logistics operations at Felixstowe. Full‑time night shift (Mon‑Fri 16:30–01:00) temporary to permanent after a 12‑week probation.
Responsibilities
- Operate MHE including Counterbalance, Flexi, and MLOP trucks.
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Carry out stock checks, monitor inventory movements, and maintain precise records.
- Lead by example, providing direction, guidance, and on‑the‑job support to warehouse operatives.
- Step in for the Team Leader when required, maintaining workflow and quality standards.
- Uphold site safety procedures, performing First Aid, Fire Marshal duties, and racking inspections.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate others.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 5 metres.
- Highly organised with focus on safety and efficiency.
- Adaptable, dependable, capable of working independently during night operations.
