We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Business Development & Sales- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and commercial discussions.
- Share market intelligence with the marketing team to support lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies that support business objectives and revenue targets.

Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Understanding of remote workforce solutions and global talent markets.
