Compensation: £60,000 profit share (after threshold)

Mission

To transform RemoteAssistants.ai from a high-profit placement agency into a recurring revenue, productised staffing business doing £2M+ per year — without founder dependence.

Outcomes You Own

  • Scale placements from 15/month to 30+/month
  • Launch and grow the £2.5K/month RAaaS model to £75K MRR in 6–9 months
  • Build and lead the internal team (Heads of recruitment, CSMs, Sales support)
  • Deliver <10>
  • Maintain clean systems, SOPs, and reporting — visible to the founder weekly
  • Make RA a business we can sell, raise on, or scale passively

Responsibilities

  1. Team Management & Delivery
    • Oversee and support Heads of recruitment (fulfilment leads)
    • Set and enforce SLAs: time to match, quality checks, onboarding support
    • Hire and manage CSMs as client base grows
    • Handle tough client situations and replacements
  2. Revenue & Performance Management
    • Own weekly metrics: placements, revenue, churn, fulfillment margins
    • Collaborate with sales to align delivery with demand
    • Forecast capacity + manage monthly cash/ops plan
    • Approve placement quality and ensure Liquid Accelerator training is baked into delivery
  3. Systems & Ops Infrastructure
    • Build out operational dashboards in Notion or Airtable
    • Maintain SOPs for end-to-end placement and RAaaS delivery
    • Ensure all contracts, onboarding, and processes are systemised
    • Improve automation and reduce founder bottlenecks
  4. Strategic Growth Support
    • Help transition £6K placement clients into £2.5K/month MRR model
    • Ideate upsell opportunities: 2nd VA, add-on services, premium tiers
    • Prepare the company to be exit-ready (clean financials, metrics, org chart, IP docs)

You Are

  • A builder and operator, not a babysitter
  • Obsessed with detail, structure, and systems
  • Experienced in remote staffing, outsourcing, or B2B service delivery
  • Calm under pressure, good with people, and clear with standards
  • Able to lead a team and push back when needed
  • Hungry to scale something meaningful with autonomy

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Background in a company like Support Shepherd, Athena, MultiplyMii, or similar
  • Built delivery teams or ops infrastructure in high-growth agencies
  • Experience with Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and async operations
  • Understanding of UK/US client expectations + global VA markets (SA, PH, LATAM)
