What You’ll Do Design and manage the outreach system: Oversee all forms of outreach, including email, direct mail, messaging, and more (no cold calling yourself). Lead a team: Manage setters and assistants, ensuring top-notch performance. Communicate results and bring new ideas for growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in cold outreach (setting, direct mail, email outreach etc) Exceptional communication skills. The ability to think, act, and adapt quickly. An intrinsic drive to push boundaries and achieve greatness. Why Join Us? Competitive Pay: $6,000 (~£5k) base per month (OTE $15K/PM (~£12k/PM)) Fully Remote: Work from anywhere, with a slight overlap required during US hours (to be discussed) – Monday to Friday, from 11am to 7pm UK time.
