We are looking for a Delivery Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / In-house Tech Recruiter to support our next phase of growth. This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of experience that is looking to work with a fast-growing consultancy that is experiencing tremendous growth! About the role: Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, forums, and coding platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow). Source for tech talent across Software Engineering, Big Data & AI, DevOps & Cloud. Conduct Boolean and X-ray searches to uncover hidden talent. Strong understanding of technology roles, tools, and industry trends. Effectively manage a high-volume recruitment load, meet timelines, and demonstrate organized prioritization. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future technical roles. Nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure long-term engagement. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and interest. Present qualified candidates with detailed notes and recommendations. Technology and Tools: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and sourcing tools to manage candidate data. Stay updated on emerging sourcing technologies and best practices to improve efficiency. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on sourcing activities, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics. Identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations. About you: At least 1 year of experience working in a similar capability (Agency Recruitment or Inhouse) Experience working in Contract Recruitment (Must) and Permanent Recruitment (desirable). Be accountable for owning SLA’s and work in an output-based environment, including remote working. Research and organisational skills. You have excellent negotiation skills. Experience Recruiting in distributed teams particularly in Central and South and Eastern Europe – desirable. Base salary : up to Β£35,000 per year.
