We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company.

Remobi is facing unprecedented levels of demand from new and existing clients, and we foresee this demand only increasing.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in target industries and geographic regions.
- Utilise various channels such as networking events, cold calling, social media, and referrals to generate leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to position the company's services effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Present proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Contribute to business development strategy ideas and provide market insights to leadership across given regions.
- Utilising data insights to strategically target prospective client partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress on leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IT consulting or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced scale up environment.
- The maturity to work in an output-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A passion for technology and participating in wider community discussion (Particularly in Software Engineering or DevOps & Cloud, Big Data & AI or Blockchain).
