Remix Dry Mortar Ltd are looking to recruit a Mobile Site Technician (Site Fitter) to join the team. This is a hands‐on, field‐based role covering the South/South East area, attending customer sites to assess issues, carry out repairs, service silos and associated equipment, and support the safe and efficient operation of site systems.

As part of AGAR Holding BV, an international Dutch heavy building materials producer with over 70 years of expertise, Remix brings advanced technical knowledge and industry experience to the UK market. The company operates state‐of‐the‐art plants in Avonmouth and Gravesend, supplying construction sites nationwide. Remix is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with British Standard and European specifications.
Role Description: This role is based on a 48 hour per week contract, Monday to Friday, and will involve regular travel to sites, working from a company van, and logging work carried out using a mobile app and, on occasion, working away from home with overnight stays depending on the work scheduled.
Duties will include:
- Servicing and repairing mobile silos and related equipment
- PAT testing control panels
- Supporting the commissioning and preparation of silo systems
- Assisting customers on site or by phone
- Providing training to site staff on the correct use of equipment
Full training will be provided, although experience in a similar role would be beneficial. This role would suit someone who is practical, proactive, and able to manage their workload effectively. As the role is customer-facing, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A full UK driving licence is required, and mechanical and/or electrical understanding would be an advantage.
This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on site, and delivering a high standard of service to customers.
