Requirements
- 6+ years of experience overseeing complex projects, and working with diverse teams in an agile environment
- Track record of launching regulated consumer financial products into a new market or jurisdiction
- Experience in regulated financial services or regulatory change management
- Experience with payment licence preparation or regulatory application processes is a plus; familiarity with institutions such as the FCA, CBI, or CBUAE is welcomed but not required
- Familiarity with EMI and PI regulatory frameworks, including safeguarding obligations, regulatory reporting, and engagement with financial regulators
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships with accountability and influence, navigating complex organisations and competing priorities to drive outcomes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels to meet deadlines
- Experience working in multicultural environments; you adjust your communication based on team member role type and background
- Strong attention to detail

What the job involves
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new consumer financial product launch into the EU and UK
- Support regulatory engagement, cross-functional readiness, and active licensing workstreams across our EU and UK entities
- Work alongside global platform and product teams to adapt the underlying technology for regional requirements
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery for the launch of a new regulated consumer financial product in the EU and UK, including the project plan, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Support the preparation and coordination of regulatory responses, including Requests for Information (RFIs), across jurisdictions including the FCA and CBI
- Partner with Global Product, Engineering, and Design to drive product and technical readiness in line with launch milestones
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for stakeholder coordination
- Facilitate and document regular stakeholder touchpoints, producing meeting minutes and structured next steps
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and blockers across open items, overdue tasks, and cross-functional dependencies
- Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Work with colleagues to scope regulatory requirements and ensure cross-functional teams meet these requirements within established timelines
- Lead programme rituals like standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Build and maintain programme documentation to support continuity and scalability
- Develop frameworks and processes that enable repetition and scalability across regulatory programmes
