About the Role:
Join our team as a Paralegal to contribute to the development of Lexis+UK, LexisNexis UK's online practical guidance and research product for legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing new and existing content for quality and legal accuracy for the Commercial practice area
- Monitoring developments and inputting information to maintain trackers of consultations, cases, and key dates
- Evaluating existing workflows and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to implement process improvements and introduce tools or technologies that reduce manual effort and turnaround time
- Drafting practical guidance content, including Practice Notes, Checklists, and Precedents as required
Requirements:
- Law degree/GDL/LPC/BTC
- Legal research and writing skills
- Understanding of legal issues, procedures, and content types
- Working knowledge or interest in Commercial
- Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Clear and succinct writing style adaptable to LexisNexis house style
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including lawyers, contributors, and sales teams
