About the Role
Remitly’s Ambassador Programme aims to reach 100,000 members by 2028.
This role is a regional lead responsible for growth, health, and commercial performance of the ambassador community across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train ambassadors, ensuring they understand brand messaging, product knowledge, and communication guidelines.
- Manage and grow the community: maintain ongoing relationships, provide training, tools, and local market knowledge; keep ambassadors active and motivated; remove operational blockers.
- Launch, recruit, and expand the programme: identify new growth opportunities, develop and execute expansion strategy, recruit ambassadors directly, partner with marketing, launch in new markets, manage in‑country logistics.
- Act as the local voice of the programme: provide feedback to improve strategy and execution; partner with global programme leads to report performance.
- Partner across the business: collaborate with Legal/Compliance on contracts and payment requirements; align with Business/Country Managers for budget and CAC guardrails; coordinate with regional Marketing team; adapt global playbook to local needs; flag risks or opportunities.

- What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience running community, affiliate, referral, or field marketing programmes with performance/commission‑based objectives.
- Proven experience building and scaling new programmes from the ground up.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical fluency to own metrics such as NCA, active rate, and CAC.
