About the Role
Our EMEA & APAC Creative & Operations team is the engine behind culturally resonant, commercially effective campaigns across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia — reaching millions of customers at the moments that matter most.
As Marketing Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end workflow that turns briefs into delivered creative across digital design (including our owned channels) and performance marketing for the EMEA & APAC region.
This is a delivery-critical, highly collaborative role at the intersection of creative production and performance marketing operations.
You'll scope briefs, plan resource, schedule production, and keep design and performance workstreams moving — owning the creative roadmap, flagging risk early, and protecting both quality and timelines.
This is a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) based in our London office and reports to the Senior Creative Project Manager.
You Will
- Own intake and triage of creative briefs across digital design, programmatic, and performance marketing — agreeing scope, timelines, and success criteria before work begins.
- Build and maintain workback schedules and campaign roadmaps, sequencing design and performance workstreams to hit launch dates across all active EMEA & APAC markets.
- Allocate designers, copywriters, and freelance/agency support against demand; forecast capacity and flag constraints before they become delivery risks.
- Track assets end-to-end — brief, design, review, legal approval, localisation, and trafficking — in project management tooling (e. g.
Click Up), confirming specs, CTAs, UTMs, and platform requirements before anything goes live.
- Coordinate delivery of performance marketing assets across paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic.
- Act as the single point of contact between creative, performance marketing, and regional stakeholders for all in-flight projects, communicating dates, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
- Partner with creative leads, designers, and copywriters to translate business requirements into actionable, well-scoped briefs, and with growth marketing to align production with campaign flighting and media plans.
- Coordinate with EMEA and APAC stakeholders on local requirements, approvals, and compliance needs.
- Manage external agencies and vendors — sharing assets, confirming timelines, and running review cycles — and own the UGC workstream and agency relationship.
- Maintain live status trackers, accurate documentation, and version control across all live projects.
- Own the test-and-learn agenda: run retrospectives, capture learnings, and make sure they shape future briefs and creative development.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, resourcing gaps, and shifting priorities with structured thinking, escalating when trade-offs need leadership input.
- Identify and bring in better workflow tools, templates, and processes that reduce rework — especially AI-assisted ones.
You Have
- 3-5+ years proven experience managing marketing production workflows, ideally spanning both digital design and performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Click Up or similar) and familiarity with creative production processes.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, landing pages, ASO) and their creative and technical requirements.
- Comfort working across Adobe Creative Suite / Figma files at a production level — specs, exports, versioning — even without design authorship.
- Experience working with global or multi-market teams and external agencies.
- Exceptional organisation: you run multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders without dropping details.
- Reliability and accountability: you own projects fully from intake to delivery and surface blockers early.
- A proactive, self-directed approach — you spot risks and opportunities without being asked.
- A collaborative style that works across designers, copywriters, performance marketers, and regional stakeholders.
- High standards and a strong eye for detail.
Nice to have
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated, multi-market consumer brand.
- Additional European or Asian language skills relevant to EMEA & APAC markets.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative production or workflow tools.
Our Benefits
- Paid Vacation Days
- Health insurance
- Commuter benefit
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Mental Health & Family Forming Benefits
- Continuing education
