About the Role:
This role will report to the Global Head of Growth Marketing Analytics. We are looking for someone to lead analysis and drive strategy for our Growth Marketing Team, specifically focusing on brand awareness and Out-Of-Home (OOH) Marketing. Partnering with our marketing and data science organisations, you will develop and test strategies to increase new customer growth, increase brand awareness, and improve marketing ROI. You will help drive the testing and learning agenda across the globe, with a focus on upper funnel brand investments. This is a hybrid role (50% onsite) based in our London office.
You Will:
- Design experiments and leverage analytical techniques to measure the impact of upper funnel marketing, particularly brand awareness
- Leverage world-class data capabilities and techniques to develop actionable insights and drive industry-leading growth
- Develop hypotheses and a learning agenda to optimise a several hundred million dollar marketing budget that spans 6 continents
- Partner with a world-class marketing team to bring your ideas to life across dozens of channels
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics with a focus on marketing (upper funnel)
- Strong technical capability in SQL, Python/R, and a visualisation tool (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker etc.)
- Success in developing testing and learning strategies to deliver continual improvement and progress
- Strong proficiency with statistical design and analysis of experiments; familiarity with synthetic controls, diff-diff analysis, conjoint analysis, causal inference modelling is even better
- The ability to engage with, share ideas with and influence senior leadership
- Prior experience in financial services and/or global remittances a plus
