  • HR generalist duties including supporting talent management and employee relations initiatives within your region, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, workplace investigations and employee development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other People teams to deliver integrated solutions that support business goals.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture building programs that strengthen belonging and cohesion across the region.
  • Strong command of HR data, with the ability to translate metrics into clear, actionable reporting.

  • Experience supporting organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of EMEA / APAC labor laws and multi country HR compliance.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort using data to drive HR decisions and build reports.
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator and confident coach, able to influence across levels and geographies.
  • Proactive and hands on, with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity while delivering results independently.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to HR structural development.
