To plan, develop and deliver programmes in Electric Vehicle at levels L1-4. Working as part of Remit’s commercial team to support the continuous development of technicians within the automotive sector.

Key Accountabilities
- Support development of blended and face‑to‑face learning resources to meet programme specifications for IMI Electric Vehicle accreditations from Level 1 to 4.
- Deliver engaging and effective training which results in successful outcomes for delegates and employers.
- Facilitate practical, oral assessments and online examinations and ensure Remit invigilation process are followed.
- Complete relevant administration within given timescales, including written assessment reports, marking, assessment documentation, delegate satisfaction results and any others required.
- Maintain professional standards – self/learners/facilities.
- Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and modify training and development solutions.
- Share responsibility for the security, general upkeep, and housekeeping within the Remit training facility.
- Maintain confidentiality as appropriate in respect of the learner and their workplace.
- Implement the Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity policies always.
- Report any accidents/incidents according to Remit procedures.
- Ensure technical knowledge is kept constantly updated by way of self-learning and company supported CPD.
- Liaise with customers both by phone/email and on‑site as needed.
- Commercial sales / business development.
- Technical queries.
- Invoicing, registrations, tracking.
- Claims for qualifications.
- Training centre coordination when paying clients on‑site.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Electric Vehicle Level 4 Qualified technician at level 3
- Maths and English at equivalent functional skills level 2 or above
- Teaching qualification
Experience
- Recent relevant industry or teaching experience in the repair and maintenance of electrically propelled engines.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop individuals.
- Experience in working in the training/educational sector.
