General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries.
Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected.
Dealing with any customer requests/queries ensuring a quick turnaround.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included.
