About the Role
At Remington Flooring, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn individual to join our growing business as a Trainee Flooring Installer. This is a full‑time position with a genuine opportunity to progress into a Level 2 Flooring Apprenticeship for the right person.
What You’ll Learn:
- Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)
- Wood floor installation and restoration
- Subfloor preparation
- Carpet and natural textiles installation
- Commercial vinyl including cap and cover
- Professional wood floor sanding and restoration
Responsibilities:
You’ll work alongside experienced installers on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects across Wiltshire and the surrounding counties, gaining hands‑on experience every day. We’re not just looking for someone to fill a role – we’re looking to invest in someone who wants to build a long‑term career. If you’re hardworking, take pride in your work and enjoy learning new skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Own transport is an advantage but not essential, as we can arrange collection/drop‑off in Melksham, Bradford on Avon or Chippenham.
