A thriving, reputable primary school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their welcoming team on a long‑term basis from September 2026. What the role includes:
- Full‑time Year 3 Primary Teacher responsibilities.

- Attend two parents' evenings, creating and fostering strong relationships with parents and pupils.
- No after‑school clubs will be required.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within the KS2 age range (ECTs are welcome).
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills, creating a calm, structured and positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and learning.
- Is passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom culture that supports the academic, social and emotional development of every child.
- Is confident in adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
- Works effectively as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues, support staff, parents and the wider school community.
- Is organised, reliable and committed to carrying out planning, preparation, assessment and marking responsibilities to a high standard.
- Contributes positively to the ethos and values of the school.
Pay: £200–£250 a day, holiday pay is included in the day rate. Pay is dependent upon experience and the responsibilities expected to be carried out throughout the long‑term role.
