Wrexham County Borough Council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Family Support Team. The FST is a social work team that supports children and families who are open to Children’s Social Care.
The FST has responsibility for:
- Care and Support Plans
- Providing robust support to families and children ensuring best outcomes are met
- Management of Child Protection Plans
- Public Law Outline
- Taking cases to the first court hearing
We’re looking for someone with tip-top management skills to be responsible for a staff team of 15 Social Workers, 3 Social Care Assessors and 3 Assistant Team Managers.
