Our client Trafford Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Cared for Service Team. The service manages casework for children and young people with permanent care plans, ensuring that placement needs are met with minimal disruption and that each child or young person has support and time to understand their journey and heal from past experiences. We aim to sustain long-term relationships, providing care and support essential to giving a sense of belonging and stability to children coming out of care proceedings, and coordinating partners around children and carers to provide a network of support and guidance.
