St Helens MBC in St Helens is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Children in Need team.

The role involves holding and effectively managing challenging cases in line with statutory requirements to improve outcomes for children and families.

You will liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, model best practice, supervise junior social workers, and contribute to safeguarding processes under the Children’s Act 1989, including preparing reports for court proceedings.
