Our client Tameside MBC is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team here in Tameside. You will work directly with children and young people with disabilities and their families, undertaking assessments, care planning, safeguarding, and statutory interventions.
The successful candidate will be committed to promoting positive outcomes, supporting children to achieve their full potential, and delivering high-quality, child-centred practice. Whilst we support hybrid working this is limited to one day a week. Please do not apply if you are wanting to be home based more than this.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
