We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Outreach Tutor to join our dynamic team and support SEN students in a variety of settings across Thurrock.
Role Overview
As an Outreach Tutor, you will work closely with students with SEN, offering tailored, one‑to‑one or small group support in both mainstream and special educational settings. You will create and implement individualized learning plans, using a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities

Key Skills and Experience

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and school staff.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to a wide range of learning needs.
- A proactive and solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
- A passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.
