We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a supportive secondary/alternative provision setting in Lewisham, supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties. This role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.

The Role:

  • Based in a specialist, inclusive setting within the London Borough of Lewisham
  • Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom
  • Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning

Ideal Candidate:

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs
