Our client Salford Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Mental Health team.
Responsibilities:
- Work as an Adult Mental Health Social Worker in two teams directly managed by Salford City Council.
- Collaborate with GMMH colleagues in CMHT bases - Cromwell House CMHT and Ramsgate House CMHT.
- Focus on Care Act and s.117 duties, including safeguarding adults.
- Collaborate with health colleagues; no care coordination role involved.
- Hybrid working arrangement: required to be based in the office at least three days per week.
