We’re looking for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Worker to provide 1:1 support within our partnered special school in Lambeth. This is a hands-on and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with pupils aged 11-25 across all key stages, supporting learners who may find traditional classroom environments challenging. Your key focus will be helping pupils feel safe, understood, confident, and supported to make progress.
