Remedy Education in South East London is seeking a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a school from September.
The role involves 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs, helping access lessons and stay focused, and building trusting relationships to support wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have SEMH or challenging behaviour experience, be able to set boundaries, stay calm under pressure, and bring experience from schools, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or care.
