Location : London clinic-based, home visits, and ad-hoc global travel
Job Type: Full-time
Hours : 37.5 hrs/week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility and adaptability required, with short

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Highly Specialised Neurological Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As part of Remedy, you will provide exceptional care to clients with complex neurological conditions. This unique role
offers the opportunity to work in various settings, supporting clients in their homes, our
clinic, or internationally.
Responsibilities :
• Comprehensive Neurological Assessments: Provide a highly specialist Physiotherapy assessment of patients with highly complex clinical presentation. Conditions will vary but previous experience with treating stroke, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic injuries, and multiple sclerosis is essential for this role.
• Rehabilitation Planning: Design and deliver evidence-based, effective, therapeutic treatment programs to enhance function, independence, and quality of life.
• Exercise Prescription: Develop tailored therapeutic exercise plans targeting
strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
• Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team,including Neurologists, Neuropsychologists, Occupational therapists, Orthotists, Speech therapists,nurses, carers and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care.
• Client Education: Educate clients and their families on self-management strategies, condition-specific advice, and the use of assistive technologies.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and adjust treatment programs to ensure
optimal recovery and functional improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, adhering to
regulatory and organisational standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC Registration
• CSP membership
• At least 5 years post graduate experience, minimum 3 years’ of experience as a
band 6 or higher working within the neurological setting.
• Advanced knowledge of neurological conditions and adjuncts e.g. FES and
bracing.
• To work closely with individuals’ non-healthcare teams to ensure you stay two
steps ahead of individuals and anticipate their needs.
• Naturally driven personality, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and extremely high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Candidate must have a full driving licence.
Desirable:
• ACPIN membership.
• Experience working within private healthcare setting.
• Evidence of a range of specialised postgraduate courses.
• Access to a car.
• Willingness to travel as required by clients’ needs.
