The predicted salary is between 37000 - 46000 € per year.

Main focus: Provide support to Team Managers and colleagues who have NQSWs in the teams, including developing written policies and guidance, with the aim for them to be endorsed by HCC as completing their ASYE.

Support and guidance to NQSWs, this will be on a one-to-one basis or in groups, providing coaching, expert knowledge, training, reflective supervision, skills and practice development.

To develop and co-ordinate the ASYE training programme (either commissioning external trainers/partner agencies or delivering personally).

Undertaking and supporting the assessment of the NQSWs against the Knowledge and Skills Statements (KSS) for child and family social work.

Providing coaching and/or mentoring support for both NQSWs and experienced social care staff and managers.

Support the practice learning experience of social work students and apprentices currently enrolled on all social work education routes that HCC support.

To identify and celebrate areas of good practice in social care and provide strategies to address poor practice, working with teams and managers to determine best solutions.
