Job Purpose We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Manager to join our fast paced front door (MASH) in Tameside. If you have 3 years team manager experience in a front door or child protection service, and are motivated, creative and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children then this role could be for you. Whilst we do operate a hybrid model there is an expectation of a MINIMUM of 3 days based in the office.
