Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Liverpool City Councils Early Help Team.
Job Purpose
The Team Managers form an essential part of the family help service, they are responsible for direct line management of consultant social workers, social workers and outreach family support workers. The Team Managers are responsible for the quality of practice of their teams and they support the consultant social workers with their line management responsibilities as well. The case holders and consultant social workers (supervisors) require management oversight and consistent supervision arrangements to ensure positive interventions are in place that are helping to improve the outcomes for the children and young people. In addition to this the Team Managers are responsible for managing performance, attendance and all health and safety needs of the staff within their hierarchy. This is a hybrid role, 2 days at home and 3 days on site.

- Social Work England Registered with 3 years permanent post qualifying experience
- Valid DBS required
