The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours & Leadership expectations at all times (see overleaf).
• Line management for the Head of Compliance & Engineering, Fire Safety Surveyor, Asbestos Safety Surveyor, Health & Safety Manager.
• Compliance with all statutory, regulatory and Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) requirements associated with building safety and the compliance function, (“Big 6”).
• Lead and comply with all statutory, regulatory and Approved Code of Practice requirements associated with the health and safety function.
• Leading on the implementation of new framework contracts for delivery.
• Overseeing the building inspection programmes.
• Lead on the provision of accurate, reliable building safety and compliance data and systems to inform the provision of safe homes for our residents.
Skills:
• Demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level in building safety and compliance functions.
• Demonstrable leadership and management of effective leadership of multi-discipline teams leading to high performance outputs.
• Effective management of all building safety and compliance data and systems.
• Successful track record in the procurement and management of building safety and compliance contractors.
• Successful track record in developing and implementing building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures.
• Successful track record in managing change and delivering material service improvement.
• Successful track record of developing and implementing building safety resident engagement strategies.
• Successful track record in collaborating with other teams to deliver required performance outputs.
