JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES * To take the lead in ensuring that tenants views are taken into account in decisions about the way Housing services are delivered. You will do this by enhancing existing methods, and by developing new and effective ways of engaging with tenants and leaseholders. * To provide accessible support so that all tenants have opportunities appropriate to their diverse needs to express their views and to influence and scrutinise our strategies, policies and services. * To assist in communicating to tenants how their views have been considered. * To assist evidencing compliance with regulatory standards. 4.
