Our client Yorkshire Collaboration is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Integrated Front Door team.
We are seeking 2 full time senior social workers for our Children s Integrated Front Door.
These are over-establishment roles to provide additional capacity for our busy front door.
The posts are for an initial 8 week period, however there is likely to be an opportunity for these to be extended beyond this date.
The successful candidates will have worked previously within a MASH/Screening Team and will be able to work at pace.
The candidates will have a clear understanding of thresholds, be able to undertake risk assessments, complete safety plans and analyse information from multiple sources to inform plans and ensure children receive the level of service/help they require at the right time.
Previous experience of working within a signs of safety framework and using Mosaic is preferred.
Hybrid working arrangements are in place - currently 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH each week.
