Our client Salford City Council is looking for a Adults - Advanced Practitioner to join their Hospital Discharge Service Advanced Practitioner required for a Hospital Discharge Service covering Salford Royal Hospital to support staff with day to day tasks and any arising complexity. Office based on the hospital grounds working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. - Interviews will also be face to face 12 month contract in support of maternity leave cover. 3 years reference, gaps in employment history checked, any relevant quals as per JDPS.
