Haringey Council are looking for a Registered Building Inspector to join the service. Information & Role Requirements. Hybrid Working (Site inspections) Inside IR35. £55hr but can be negotiated. Contract role. Building Control experience (at least 3 years) Local Authority Building Control experience preferred Achieved a BSR Registration Class 2 and working towards Class 3. Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey) Transport required for site inspections / (phone number removed)
