Our client Reading borough council is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Major Adaptations team. We are looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience assessing for major adaptations.
- Strong knowledge of adaptation pathways.
- Experience writing detailed adaptation specifications and reports.
- Excellent assessment, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A person-centred approach with a focus on independence, choice and wellbeing.
- HCPC registration and Occupational Therapy qualification.
