Our client Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Family Safeguarding team. This role is for an experienced Social Worker within the East Lindsey FAST team, responsible for delivering high-quality statutory social work across Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in Care.

The candidate must have experience completing Section 47 enquiries, undertaking comprehensive Child and Family Assessments, and managing risk using evidence-based approaches such as Signs of Safety. They will be expected to lead safeguarding processes, contribute to multi-agency planning, produce clear analytical reports, including for court, and ensure timely, accurate recording.

The role requires skilled relationship-based practice, confident decision-making, effective multi-agency collaboration, and a clear commitment to improving outcomes and safety for children and families. There is an expectation for the candidate to be on site for 5 days during their duty week, which is every fourth week. For non-duty weeks, there is flexibility for hybrid working.
