Due to the current workload, 5 days per week in the office (no exceptions). We are unable to offer hybrid working. (Driving is Essential for this role) Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team locum SW need to travel county wide and could be covering acutes duty , Pathway 2 beds so need hospital SW experience and also skills to manage safeguarding enquires and complex case work.
