Our client Tameside metropolitan borough council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Children with Disabilities team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and supervising social workers and support staff.
  • Overseeing assessments of children with disabilities and their needs.
  • Ensuring care plans, safeguarding measures, and statutory responsibilities are carried out effectively.
  • Supporting children who may require specialist services, short breaks, direct payments, or social care interventions.
