The Leaving Care Service in Manchester provides a statutory service for young people aged 16-25 who are looked after by Manchester City Council. The Personal Adviser role supports transitions to adulthood, helps access to education, employment and health support, and promotes financial stability within the community.
You will manage caseloads, contribute to Pathway Plan assessments, assess education/training needs post-21, advocate for young people's views, and coordinate services to deliver.
