Our client Liverpool City Council is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Family Help team.

As a Consultant Social Worker, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Outreach Family Support workers providing high quality outreach and home-based Early Help support to children and families across the city, using a whole family approach. You will take a strength-based approach to working with children and families and promote child centred, inclusive practice within your team.

You will provide high quality reflective case supervision to the outreach family support workers which promotes and supports positive outcomes for children and young people. You will promote multi-agency partnership working in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children and young people supported by the Family Help Service.
