Our client Lincolnshire County Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team. Qualified Social Worker or LD nurse needed within a high performing supportive team based in the beautiful town of Louth covering both rural and urban areas.

You must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience to cover a period secondment in our Learning Disabilities team. You will work to achieve best outcomes in a strength based way, considering TEC support and non-statutory services to meet needs or form part of care plans.
