Our client, Leicestershire County Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team who can handle complex work in court and safeguarding. It is important that they have a passion for working with individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if they are familiar with our processes and systems within Leicestershire County Council (LCC).
Deliver a high quality, person-centred, accountable statutory social care service, ensuring that vulnerable adults and their families and carers are able to assess, manage and review their own needs and risks, maximise their own independence and self-direct the responses to deliver agreed outcomes.
Can access personalised care and support to meet their assessed needs and maintain themselves in the community. Are protected and safeguarded.
