Our client, Brent Council, is looking for a Head of Service for their Quality & Improvement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and apply CQC processes and requirements.
- Work office‑based 2–3 times a week, with full‑time presence if there is a CQC inspection.
- Be immediately available for urgent commitments.
- Supervise a small team of up to five direct reports across Practice Development, Principal Social Work, Transformation and Performance teams.
- Lead performance, data, training, development and practice improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate evidence of experience improving a CQC rating in a local authority context.
